Shipping Policy

Standard: 8.99USD (0-50 USD)
Free shipping: over 50 USD

Since our creations are all handmade, production, inspection and packaging typically take 3-5 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method you choose.

If you have selected EXPRESS, the maximum delivery time is 10-14 business days.

If you have selected air freight shipping, the maximum delivery time is 5-8 business days.

Please note that holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may affect delivery times.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship all available items immediately and the pre-ordered or back-ordered items immediately as soon as we have them available. So if you have ordered more than one item in a single order and only receive part of your item, don't worry, you will receive the other items shortly after.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to reduce processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window of opportunity to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at Auroranailarts@outlook.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns:
When you place an order with Auroranailart, you are responsible for the cost of returning the order to Auroranailart. For more information on how to make a return, please see our refund policy.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Auroranailart is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information says your package was delivered to your address and you did not receive it, please report this to your respective shipping carrier using the information found on our tracking page.
